Day 116 - Decisions, Decisions...

So, facial hair or no facial hair?

To celebrate my 8 stones of weight loss, I have decided to shave off my facial hair, goatee whatever you want to call it - just keep it polite.

Question - Grow it back or stay clean shaven?

Day 115

So, here I am under 18 stone for the first time in 7 or 8 years.

I am nearly there, a few more pounds and it will be a loss of 8 stones.

I would never have believed it but the evidence is on this Blog for posterity.

I am almost ashamed at what I had let myself become. Such a waste (or should I say waist).

I will never go back to that. I realise how low my self-esteem had dropped. I look back with no little regret at the asted opportunities and unhappiness but I have turned the corner and for the the nay sayers that said I would never do it (and you know who you are)... I am back.
