Day 160 - End of CD 790

I weighed myself this morning and found that I was 16st 04lbs.

That means a 9 1/2 stone loss in total and a 7 pound loss since I started with an Add A Meal week. Since then I have completed two weeks of CD 790 and I am about to start 1000.
